If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the website or purchase the product.
2. Product description
First Paid User provides a practical playbook and source code bundle about building an organic TikTok slideshow distribution workflow for indie apps, SaaS products, and digital products.
The product may include written materials, checklists, examples, source code, documentation, updates, and related digital files.
3. No guarantee of results
The product is educational and practical in nature. We do not guarantee that you will get traffic, users, paid customers, revenue, viral posts, platform approval, or business success.
Your results depend on many factors, including your product, niche, market, offer, execution, consistency, platform rules, timing, and user demand.
4. Personal Use License
When you purchase the product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the playbook, source code, documentation, and related materials for your own personal or internal business use.
You may:
- Read the playbook for your own learning.
- Use the source code for your own projects.
- Modify the code for your own private or internal use.
- Use the ideas and workflows to support your own app, SaaS, or digital product marketing efforts.
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, publish, or upload the book or source code.
- Give the files to another person, team, community, or public repository.
- Include the book, source code, or substantial parts of the materials in another paid or free product.
- Use the materials to create a competing product, course, ebook, template pack, source code bundle, or training product.
- Remove copyright notices, license notices, or attribution where present.
5. Source code use
The source code is provided to support your workflow. It is not provided as a managed service, custom software contract, or guarantee of compatibility with every system.
You are responsible for reading the documentation, configuring your environment, keeping credentials secure, and using the code in a lawful and platform-compliant way.
6. Platform compliance
You are responsible for complying with TikTok, app stores, payment providers, hosting providers, and any other third-party platform rules that apply to your use of the materials.
The product is not intended for spam, deception, fake engagement, fraud, policy violations, or reckless automation.

The product is a digital product that is delivered immediately after your payment is successfully completed. Because access to the playbook, source code, and related materials is granted instantly, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances once payment is completed and access is delivered.
